ABOUT EXTREME GLASS LTD.

A family-operated business with an envied reputation, Extreme Glass Ltd. was established in 2000 and incorporated in 2005. We are a full-service glass company that provides 24-hour emergency service to commercial and residential sectors.

As a Canadian-owned and operated company with extensive experience, our focus is complete customer satisfaction, superior workmanship, and prompt service. We like to say that “customer service is the name of the game”.

Commercial Sector

Our areas of expertise in the commercial sector are:

storefront fabrications and installations;
bosun and swing stage work;
glass replacement;
film applications; and,
door repairs and replacement

We work closely with you, our customer, to service all of your glass and door maintenance needs.

Residential Sector

We are happy to work with our residential customers to determine what products work best for your particular needs. We specialize in custom shower enclosures, all types of windows, screens and film. We can provide guidance on energy-efficient windows, and we also install home security items like security bars, security film, and lexan.

24-Hour Service

Our service vans are fully equipped with all needs anticipated for 24-hour emergency service. We proudly meet a 1-hour response time. Our professionally trained staff will provide you with complete customer satisfaction because we believe that “customer service is the name of the game”.

We are BBB A+ accredited company, as well as an accredited company for Complyworks and Contractor Check.

We carry a $5 million commercial liability policy, and are always in good standing with WCB.

Extreme Glass Ltd. is committed to using quality products and providing you with the best customer service in the business. We do our part to help the environment too.

Quality Control

Extreme Glass Ltd. only uses CSA-approved products that meet all building standards. The manufacturers we work with go to great lengths to have their products approved and certified. Many have their own quality control program.

Quality of Service

We are committed to quality of service. As a company, we partner with our employees and work together as a team to achieve success. We hand select all of our staff for their different talents, experience, and personalities. We feel confident that our employees represent Extreme Glass Ltd. in a most business-like manner. We provide our employees with paid uniforms, so that they are easily identified as a member of the Extreme Glass Ltd. family.

We offer ongoing training, certification, first aid, and safety programs to our employees. We sponsor and fund all training programs because we believe in our employees and quality of service so much. Most of our manufacturers offer afternoon seminars on new products, new installation procedures, and more. We schedule our employees to attend these information sessions on company time to ensure they know their time is valuable and that we value training.

When visiting residential sites with their paper booties on, our employees will give you a performance questionnaire with your invoice. We believe so strongly in quality of service that each month an employee is rewarded with a gift card for the most positive feedback.

The Environment

We do our best to help lower emissions by reducing travel time as per our operating plan. We also recycle as many products as possible, including storefront materials like aluminum windows, cardboard and plastic caulking tubes.
